The Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals is a no-cost offering of the Red Hat Developer program and includes access to Red Hat Enterprise Linux among other Red Hat products. It is a program and an offering designed for individual developers, available through the Red Hat Developer program.
The no-cost Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals is available and includes Red Hat Enterprise Linux along with numerous other Red Hat technologies. Users can access this no-cost subscription by joining the Red Hat Developer program at developers.redhat.com/register. Joining the program is free.
After registering with Red Hat Developer program, navigate to Products & Technologies -> Red Hat Enterprise Linux. https://developers.redhat.com/products/rhel/overview. Click on ‘Download RHEL at no-cost’ button to download RHEL 9.2 media DVD. You can also check https://developers.redhat.com/products/rhel/download for other versions of RHEL.

Mount the DVD and boot the machine. Configuration used here is 2 CPU, 4 GB RAM and a Harddisk with 200 GB space. Configure System and User Settings and Begin Installation.

Reboot system once installation is completed.

Login and click on ‘Register System’.

Click on Subscription to register the system with developer account.

Provide developer account details and click on Register.

Don’t forget to Register the system to receive software updates by selecting ‘Software Updates’.
Registration and subscription can be done via terminal also. Below are the commands.
